Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR and EHR systems to document patient information and updates. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient service and care. Support patients with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s, and memory care needs, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist in the implementation of care plans in various settings, including long-term care and assisted living facilities. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Proficient in basic life support and patient care Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
