Job Description:
Resident Assistant (RA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) The Courtyards Senior Living is a family-friendly environment providing state of the art Assisted Living and Memory Care Services in small, loving homes with 16-24 Elders residing in each building. Currently, we have a Full Time Day and Full Time Night shift position available. Candidates interested in Day or Night PRN opportunities are also encouraged to apply with our company! We are seeking reliable caregivers to provides personal care in a small, family oriented assisted living and/or memory care community.

Responsibilities:
Resident Assistant (RA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Assists Elders with Activities of Daily living to include ambulating, toileting, eating, bathing and dressing. Establishes a relationship with Elders based on trust and willingness to serve Reports any change in the client’s mental or physical condition to the staff nurse Performs routine housekeeping and laundry tasks to create a safe and clean home for the Elders Engages in specialized training in care of the Elderly as well as
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Primary Qualifications:
Resident Assistant (RA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school or equivalent or, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Ability to read and write consistent with job requirements Ability to provide care for Elders in an Assisted Living or Memory Care environment. Team Player Reliable means of transportation Must to able to lift 50-100 lbs Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
