The position will focus upon:

• Achieving excellent resident satisfaction scores
• Striving for deficiency free surveys
• Creating an environment where residents and healthcare staff feel valued and respected
• Ensure that healthcare staff are highly engaged
• Overseeing Quality Assurance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring the skilled community staff are well trained in compliance and customer service
• Ensuring the skilled community is compliant with all state, federal and local regulations Requirements Include, but not limited to:
• A PA Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
• Stellar Communication and Problem Solving Skills
• At least 2 years of experience overseeing a skilled nursing facility or similar long-term care setting.
• Solid knowledge of Long Term Care Regulations
• Understanding of Risk Management and Budgeting
• Ability to convey a warm, professional demeanor in stressful situations
• Experience in coaching and mentoring a professional team
• Ability to lead by example
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and basic computer programs
