Responsibilities Include:

: Collaborate with NurseManager to oversee operations and functions of Nursing, medicationadministration, and medical treatment. Participate in scheduling,leading, and developing nursing staff. Insure medical safetystandards are followed and the work of Nurses is consistent withthe standards of practice for their license. Liaise betweenadministration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clientson behalf of Nurse Manager or as assigned. Sharing call rotationwith the Nurse Manager is a part of this full-time, salaried-exemptleadership role.

Qualifications:

: Active license as RegisteredNurse (or be license eligible); having or pursuing BSN is desired.

Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role, in ahospital or residential setting, is desired. Professional Nursingfor Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations is veryimportant. Excellent communication and time management skills;safety awareness; and showing collaborative teamwork are allrequired. Must hold current CPR/BLS certification prior to startingwork, which Monte Nido & Affiliates will provide if needed.clementine
