We have ceiling lifts and there is a no-lift policy in place. A CNA will work side by side with you to assist with ADLs. The charge nurse will be responsible for day to day audits, inserving and support the nurseing staff as the are direct care for resident that require enteral feedings, medication administration, suction as needed, and tracheostomy care.
