DUTIES INCLUDE
Serves as a team leader in supervising, assessing, planning, guiding and evaluating patient care. Interacts with management, physicians, and field staff utilizing a teamwork approach. Assists with training and evaluation of all team clinical personnel; and maintenance/development of the clinical record. Processes all Electronic Medical Record workflow from Admission to
Discharge SHIFTS:
EVENINGS- 11am-7:30p every other weekend
SALARY:
84K-105K annually.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current RN License from the state of Florida BSN preferred, but not required Current BLS certification 1 year of Hospice, Oncology, Med/Surg, Home Health, Public Health or Geriatrics experience preferred 1 -2 years of CURRENT management/DON/supervisory experience required Bilingual preferred About Us – Who is Provenir Healthcare and why work with us?
