Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) or, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment. Two years geriatric nursing and supervisory experience preferred CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
