We are seeking a House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts. This role is essential in ensuring patient safety, coordinating staffing, and maintaining efficient hospital flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership coverage after hours or during assigned shifts Coordinate interdepartmental activities Address urgent patient care and staffing issues Serve as the administrative representative for the hospital on-site
Requirements:
Current RN license in NC Associate degree in Nursing BLS within 30 days, ACLS and PALS within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN preferred
