Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee operations in the ICU, Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry units at our Sanford, NC facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and driving departmental efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of ICU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry departments. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety measures. Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative departments to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of hire) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Prior experience in a nurse manager or nursing leadership role Recent bedside patient care experience
