Responsibilities:

Evening Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to: Responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the nursing department during his/her shift Ensure that all departmental procedures are followed in accordance with established policies Make rounds on each unit to monitor staff and resident activities Monitor resident care and report changes to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing Assess newly admitted or readmitted residents and document in the 24 hour report Follow up on residents as needed Participate in counselling, evaluating, and disciplining nursing staff Monitor nursing staff to ensure proper documentation on MARs, nurses notes, accident/incident reports, physician’s orders and treatment records Promote and maintain good interpersonal relationships with residents, families and personnel Benefits to working at the

Requirements:
