Job Description
Nursing Supervisor RN RAM Recruiting 303 Rock Avenue, Green Brook Township, NJ 08812 Join Abingdon Care Center , a 180-bed skilled nursing facility , as we build a strong new leadership team focused on quality care, teamwork, and positive change. We’re seeking a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor 3-11 to help guide our clinical staff and support a culture of excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support nursing staff across your shift Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all care standards Act as a mentor and resource to nurses and CNAs Collaborate with department heads for smooth coordination of care Handle shift transitions, incident management, and staffing adjustments
What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in New Jersey 2+ years of supervisory or charge nurse experience , preferably in long-term care Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills EMR experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements
