Job Description
Unit Manager RAM Recruiting 303 Rock Avenue, Green Brook Township, NJ 08812 Abingdon Care Center, a trusted 180-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a reliable and experienced Unit Manager. What You’ll Do:
Supervise the clinical care of residents on your assigned unit Ensure documentation, medication administration, and care plans meet regulatory standards Lead, train, and support the nursing staff to deliver excellent care Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and department heads Participate in audits, performance improvement plans, and family communications
What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in New Jersey (preferred) At least 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and state/federal guidelines Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team leadership skills A genuine commitment to quality care and resident satisfaction
