Responsibilities:

The MDS Coordinator – RN is responsible for thetimely and accurate completion of the MDS treatment assessment tooland for reviewing care plans and their delivery for factorsspecific to our patients/residents such as physical, cognitive, andsocialization factors to ensure compliance with our high standardsof care.

• Manage the overall process and tracking of allMedicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to assure appropriatereimbursement for services provided within the nursing center.
• Conduct concurrent MDS reviews to assure achievement of maximumallowable RUG categories.
• Integrate information from nursing,dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, andphysician services to ensure appropriate reimbursement.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School ofNursing with current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. LPNs with MDSexperience may be considered.
• At least one year of long-term carenursing experience is required.

Posted Salary Range:

USD $90,000.00 – USD $105,000.00/Yr.
