Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Onondaga Center forRehabilitation and Nursing is actively seeking Registered Nurse(RN) Supervisor for the Evening Shift for skilled nursing facilityin

Minoa, NY DUTIES:

Handle all supervisory duties for the assignedunit. Help establish and implement employee policies andprocedures. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical &career advice. Maintain the standards of care for the unit. Reviewof Resident records & quality of care. Monitor overall care &review individual Residents’ cases Address questions or complaintsbrought forward by Residents or their families. Represent theunit’s interests with the upper-level management.

REQUIREMENTS

Must hold valid NYS RN License. 2 years Long Term Care Experiencepreferred. 1 years Charge Nurse experience preferred. Should havean excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of a group.

Strong computer skills. Excellent communication skills.
