As a RN Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead,inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visitour Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conductassessments in Westchester, Orange, Putnam County, Rockland County& Bronx Borough.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution
• Supervise RN’s and LPN’s in the field.
• Facilitate new hireorientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Ifyou’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, thiscould be your dream job!
• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or moreyears of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience (preferred
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!
