The Nurse Manger is responsible for all aspects of care on unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for organizational planning, and the clinical rehab nursing practice which includes assessing, planning, implementing and supervising patient care and professional growth. Supervises 40-50 employees on day, evening and night shifts. Collaborates with other professional disciplines in developing and implementing clinical rehabilitation programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in nursing required , Masters Preferred. New York State Registered Professional Nurse License required. Rehabilitation Nurse certification (CRRN) preferred.

BLS/ACLS

certified. Progressive experience in clinical rehabilitation nursing and nursing management.
