Mercer, PA Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor patient care plans and ensure they are being followed according to clinical standards and facility policies. Serve as a resource and point of escalation for clinical and staffing issues during shifts. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist with staff development and training. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations related to patient care and documentation.

Job Requirements:

Valid & current RN license in the state you are applying in 1-2 years of current RN Supervisor experience in an LTC or SNF setting Active certifications: BLS ( AHA ) / ACLS
