- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) responsibilities include:
- Carrying out the best practices treatments under the supervision of the OT
- Provides treatment based on the specific goals of the OT
- Must give feedback to the supervising OT through documentation or other methods per facility policy
- Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
- Work together with the team to provide personalized care
- Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have
- graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant college or university.
- Must hold
- a valid professional license and registration for the state of NY
- Preferred
- experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care
