Job Description:
The occupational therapist/COTA provides related services in the area of occupational therapy in accordance with student Individual Education Programs, as well as conducts special education student evaluations. Individual and small group therapy sessions will focus on fine motor development and sensory processing. Consultation will be provided to educational teams including general education teachers to ensure full access to learning opportunities. Parent communication and engagement will support opportunities for progress monitoring of application and generalization of skills. Occupational Therapists will participate in the development of individual education programs, data collection, and completion of progress reports.
Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensure as an
