Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for growing the training program (sales & marketing), managing & recruiting of all trainers, driving results, helping clients reach their goals, developing the training staff, and overseeing the program as a whole. Training Directors with DAC.

Qualifications:

• Has a passion for exercise & health and a desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, fitness, and nutrition
• Strong sales & customer service skills
• A drive to help and serve others
• Confident with Microsoft Office and Social Media
• Superior communication skills with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
