The pharmacy department comprises several pharmacists covering bothday and night shifts. The role involves overseeing technicianstaff, verifying orders, and managing clinical documentation in acentral pharmacy environment. Successful candidates are expected tobe team players who can adapt to high-stress situations whilemultitasking effectively. A positive attitude is essential forworking within this dynamic healthcare setting. Candidates shouldbe prepared for a 7 on 7 off rotation, which includes weekends.
Experience with emergency department operations and proficiency inrelevant technology is preferred. Candidates must possess requiredlicenses and certifications to fulfill job responsibilitieseffectively.
