THE POSITION
A Pharmacy Technician is responsible forassisting the pharmacist in assuring the timely and accurateprovision of medications to patients. Routine technician functionsare performed under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Thesefunctions may include unit dose dispensing, intravenous admixing,inventory control, record keeping and billing, and extensive use ofequipment and technology.
