Our site serves a diverse population and supports a wide range of therapeutic studies. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our research team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipunctures and specimen collection in accordance with protocol and safety guidelines Label and process samples for central and local labs Maintain proper documentation in source and lab tracking logs Monitor inventory and ensure phlebotomy supplies are well-stocked Follow all study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines Assist clinical staff in ensuring subject comfort and satisfaction during study visits Work collaboratively with investigators, coordinators, and lab teams
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must High School Diploma or equivalent required Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred 1+ year experience in phlebotomy (clinical research experience a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
