Looking for Medial Assistant staff to help with the practice flow. We currently practice in six locations (Davenport, Poinciana, Ocoee, Four Corners, Lakeland and Clermont). Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques. Prepare and label specimens for laboratory analysis. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during the procedure. Record patient information and maintain accurate documentation. Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff. Assist in training new phlebotomists or interns, if required. Stay updated on phlebotomy techniques and best practices. Handle and dispose of biohazard materials according to regulations. Triaging Patient /Vitals/EKG/PFT Create and complete messages Administer shots Keep up with supplies Check shot record Refill medications HEDIS We currently have four offices and are growing very rapidly. We are looking for a Medical Assistant office staff. We are looking for someone that will grow with us. One Saturday a month is required for this position.
