We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OutpatientPhysical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Medadventures. Theideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, andimplementing individualized treatment programs for patients withvarious physical conditions. This role requires a professional whois dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing thehighest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thoroughevaluations of patients’ physical conditions to determinefunctional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans based on patients’ goals and needs
• Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities toenhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Educate patients and theirfamilies on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to manageconditions.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjustingtreatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcareprofessionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintainaccurate and timely patient records in compliance with companypolicies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Doctor ofPhysical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Validstate license to practice physical therapy.
• Previous experiencein an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge ofphysical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
