  • Minimumnine months experience as a physical therapist
  • Preferredcommunity/home health experience
Required Certifications andLicensures:
  • Master’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTEaccredited physical therapist education program
  • Currentlylicensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state ofagency operation and compliant with accepted professional standardsand practices
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certificationwhile employed in a clinical role
