Position Summary:

/n Evaluates, plans, and implements specifictreatment programs for individual patients according to theprinciples and practices of physical therapy. Functions as aninterdisciplinary team member providing patientassessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualizedcare planning/implementation. /n Responsibilities /n Responds tophysician orders for physical therapy. Administers and interpretstests and measurements of patients. Reviews patient charts andprogress prior to treatment and modifies treatment planaccordingly. Develops functional goals based on patient and/orfamily expectations. Develops, improves, and restores functionalmobility, seeking to return patient to highest level ofindependence. Seeks clarification of physician orders as needed. /n
