Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve their mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Evaluate and assess patients’ physical condition. 2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs. 3. Provide hands-on therapy techniques to help improve mobility and reduce pain. 4. Educate patients on exercises and techniques to continue at home. 5. Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. 6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. 8. Stay current on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 2. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds. 5. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. 6. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapy techniques. 7.
