Job Description:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises and rehabilitation goals Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines Promote functional independence and improve overall quality of life for patients

Education & Certification Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program (DPT or MPT accepted) Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Previous experience in a clinical or rehab setting preferred
