Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist(PT) to assess and treat patients with a wide range of physicalconditions. In this role, you will create personalized treatmentplans that focus on improving mobility, strength, and overallfunction, while also promoting long-term health and wellness.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to developpersonalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises,manual therapy, and other interventions to address patients’ needs
• Educate patients on self-care strategies, injury prevention, andwellness practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals toensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and makeadjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patienttreatments and progress in accordance with clinic policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New Jersey.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability tomotivate and inspire patients to achieve their rehabilitationgoals.
