Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in providing quality rehabilitative care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing physical limitations and developing personalized treatment plans to help improve mobility and reduce pain.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine physical limitations and establish treatment goals. 2. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals. 3. Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize functional independence. 4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. 5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory guidelines. 7. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for ongoing self-care and injury prevention.

Qualifications and Skills:
