Job Overview:

Medadventures is seeking acompassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) tojoin our team in Wayne, New Jersey. In this role, you will workclosely with a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional care,helping residents regain mobility, strength, and confidence.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by thesupervising PT to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide hands-ontherapy to help patients regain functional mobility.
• Monitor anddocument patient progress, ensuring compliance with therapy goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensivecare.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategiesto maintain progress.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a PhysicalTherapist Assistant (PTA) in New Jersey or eligibility to obtainlicensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient careskills.
