Job Description:

Physical Therapist Role $50

• 52 per hour

Overview:

We’re seekinga compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist with experience orinterest in geriatrics. The ideal candidate is passionate abouthelping older adults improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintainindependence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’physical abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualizedtreatment plans focused on restoring function and improving qualityof life
• Provide therapy services to geriatric patients in[setting
• SNF, outpatient, home health, etc.]
• Collaborate withother healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educatepatients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Priorexperience with geriatric populations preferred
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
