Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatientclinic, you’ll evaluate, develop, and implement individualizedtreatment plans to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, andimprove overall function. You’ll work alongside a collaborativeteam of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and supportiveenvironment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations andcreate personalized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy andtherapeutic exercises to improve function
• Educate patients oninjury prevention and self-management strategies
• Documentprogress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate withphysicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensivecare
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professionalstandards

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in RhodeIsland
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred but not required
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
