PTA Insight Global Hot Springs, AR 71913 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in providing high-quality patient care. This role involves implementing treatment plans, assisting patients with rehabilitation exercises, and ensuring that care plans are followed accurately. The Physical Therapist Assistant will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, clinics, pediatrics, home health, acute care, and inpatient environments. Duties Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients. Provide direct patient care by guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and activities. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with facility policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
