Your work will help residents recover mobility, reduce pain, and regain their independence—one goal, one session, one step at a time.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments, disabilities, or limitations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on functional recovery Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes Document therapy sessions and track progress toward treatment goals Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safe practices
