PTA- Physical Therapy Assistant Waterford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center 8333 West Okeechobee Road, Hialeah, FL 33016 Waterford Nursing and Rehab. Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment before and after each patient Escort patients to and from treatment areas Maintaining patient records Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist Assist with the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist
