Endocrinology NP/PA Opportunity in
Putnam, CTLocation:
Putnam or Plainfield, Connecticut (Multi-specialty outpatient office)

4-day or 5-day work week (flexible)
Practice Setting:
Outpatient only
Specialty:
General Endocrinology with a focus on diabetes, insulin pump technology, osteoporosis, and thyroid disorders
Collaboration:
Work closely with an experienced endocrinologist
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for endocrine disorders Prescribe and adjust medications, including insulin and hormone therapies Utilize bedside ultrasound for diagnostic and procedural applications Educate patients on chronic disease management and lifestyle modifications Interpret lab and imaging results; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Monitor patients using CSMS insulin pump technology Maintain thorough and timely documentation
Candidate Requirements:
Master s degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program National certification as NP or PA Active Connecticut license as an Advanced Practice Provider 2 3 years of clinical experience preferred Strong preference for endocrinology experience and/or certifications in diabetes and osteoporosis management
