- Per Diem As an Ortho LNA, you will enjoy variety in your work while supporting the clinic flow.
You will assist with patient movement, gathering vitals, weight, height, documentation, and ensuring x-rays and orders are in place. The Ortho Clinic is a fast pace, multi hall clinic seeing 200-250 patients per day! If you are interested in Muscular & Skeletal health, this is the place for you. In addition to LNAS, our care team is made up of a stellar Provider team, passionate RN’s, LPNs, and MA’s working alongside Orthopedic Technicians and Athletic Trainers. This passionate team offers an environment where growth opportunities and additional training are supported. Job duties of this role include but are not limited to:
- Taking vital signs, medication/allergy and medical history review
- Assisting providers with specimen collection
- Rooming patients
- Cleaning and stocking exam rooms

The clinic is open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, allowing for consistency in your schedule and maximize your time outside of work too! Responsibilities Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care duties. Possesses direct access to drug products and secure medication locations in order to manage the storage, handling and disposal of medications consistent with the Medication Storage and Handling Policy. 1. Assists with routine patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including, but not be limited to, performing ADL’s, obtaining clinical data, including vital signs, heights and weights, utilizing universal precautions, collecting specimens or performing point of care testing and recording results in medical record, etc.
2. Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping the hallways clear of excess equipment, emptying linen bags when full, etc.
3. Assists visitors and answer telephones.
4. Assists new co-workers in learning the work of the department.

- High school graduate required.
- Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
- Previous hospital experience preferred. Required Licensure/Certifications
- Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of NH required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required.
