Physician Assistant – High School Based Clinic Bronx 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Bronx, NY 10466 We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide primary care services to high school students in a full-time, school-based clinic located within a Bronx high school. You will be the sole on-site medical provider, supported by a medical assistant/office assistant, with remote supervision from a licensed physician. This role is ideal for providers passionate about adolescent health, looking for a consistent weekday schedule aligned with the school year.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00

PM Location:

Bronx Responsibilities Manage ~15 student visits per day (wellness, acute, chronic care) Provide reproductive health services (birth control, emergency contraception) Administer vaccines and manage medication/vaccine inventory Document care in NextGen EMR Serve as the on-site clinical lead with remote physician support Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in New York State Comfortable working independently in a school-based setting Interest in pediatrics or adolescent health Spanish language skills strongly preferred (for some sites) New graduates with relevant clinical rotations are welcome to apply
