Opportunity:
As a key provider in our patient-centered practice, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult health conditions. You’ll work closely with a collaborative care team and play an essential role in bridging language and cultural gaps for our Russian-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and detailed assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Perform joint and trigger point injections under supervision as needed. Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and pain management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate follow-ups. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
