Position Overview:

As an OB Hospitalist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, safe, and compassionate care for our patients. You will work closely with the obstetric team to manage labor and delivery, respond to OB emergencies, and assist in ensuring smooth patient care operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide 24/7 obstetrical care as needed for high-risk and low-risk patients. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for laboring patients and those with OB emergencies. Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals. Provide assistance in ensuring smooth operations in the labor and delivery unit. Respond to obstetric emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

MD/DO degree, Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Current and valid Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
