Job Description:

Southeast Georgia Health System (SGHS) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiologist to join our growing radiology team. This is a unique opportunity to practice high-quality, collaborative medicine in a coastal, lifestyle-orientedmunity with access to advanced imaging technologies and a wide range of cases.

Responsibilities:

Interpret a broad spectrum of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and nuclear medicine
Perform image-guided procedures as needed (depending on candidate’s experience and preference)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Participate in quality improvement and medical staff activities
Support teleradiology coverage, which may be available for after-hours support

Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. degree withpletion of a diagnostic radiology residency
Fellowship training (optional) in a subspecialty such as MSK, Neuroradiology, Body Imaging, or Breast Imaging preferred but not required
Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Radiology
Eligible for or currently hold a Georgia medical license
