12-hour shifts, mix of days and nights
- minimum 5 shifts per month
Average 18 patients per day - 7 admits per night
Inpatient hospital setting
Closed ICU model - no ICU coverage required
First responder for codes - central line skills beneficial
Ongoing coverage opportunity
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
