Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician ORAnesthesiologist Providence UT J1 waiver visa sponsorship offeredWe are seeking a compassionate Physical Medicine and RehabPhysicianOR Anesthesiologist to join our medical practice inProvidence, UT, 80 miles N of Salt Lake City. Our ideal Physicianhas tact and skill in patient management, excellent communicationskills, and enjoys working as a part of a comprehensive team tooffer our patients the best care possible, that they need anddeserve! We are looking for a fellowship trained anesthesiologistor PM&R physician, who is proficient in doing procedures, is ateam player, board eligible or certified, and is looking to growwith the practice. Must be willing to travel to our other officesas needed, including our office in Murray, UT.

Job Duties:

Patient care and management-initial medical consults and patient follow up Recommend tests andconducts diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and todetermine appropriate treatment. Order Diagnostic labs/imagingOversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment Performinterventional pain procedures as needed Prepare patients forreturn to work after illness or injury Documentation – timely andaccurate Collaboration with colleagues, PA-Cs, and staff forcomprehensive patient care Uphold the company’s mission to provideexceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with thecompany’s goals

Requirements:

MD/DO from an accredited educationalinstitution BCBE Physical Medicine and Rehab (PMR) Physician orAnesthesiologist Unrestricted license to practice medicine in UTFavorable malpractice history DEA license Willingness to travel toour other locations in UT as needed

Schedule:

Full time(Mon-Friday) No call, weekends or after hours

Salary:

$350,000 pluspotential bonus compensation
