Must-Have:

Ability to perform CT scans on inpatient,emergency, and outpatient patients.

Description:

Follow providedprotocols and policies to perform CT scans. Start IVs and obtainpatient consent. Provide excellent patient care. Maintain apositive and productive work environment with the current team oftechnologists, nurses, doctors, and transporters. Work in bothinpatient and outpatient settings. Average caseload of 12-24 perday. Facility has a Level 3 Trauma designation with a substantialnumber of treatment areas. Use Siemens and Philips CT scanners,Epic Medical Records, and Fuji PACs. Scrub color is gray.

Availability required for weekends every other weekend unlessspecified otherwise. Floating may be required within the facilityif needed. Call requirements include a total of 8 days with atleast 2 weeks’ notice given. Expectation to work on major holidaysthat occur during the assignment period. Full compliance isrequired to start on time. Candidates will be clinically screenedto determine fit before final decisions are made. References fromtwo supervisory contacts are preferred during submission.

Availability to submit core items and complete necessary labswithin 48 hours of signing the contract is crucial. Localcandidates are accepted. Return travelers must have completed onesuccessful assignment outside prior to rebooking. Modules arecompleted during orientation and are non-billable.
