AFacility in Glens Falls NY is looking for a CT Tech. Caregiver musthave NYS X-Ray license with contrast injection and current
BLS.ARRT
verification required. Must be CT certified, NYS licensed andhave at least 2 year of CT experience. Must have EPIC experience.
GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI orPMCS). Every 3rd weekend is required. 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Requirements:
At least two years recent experience infield, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license perthe state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specificrequirement, please contact 3rd weekend required.
Bill-rate-note:
6%admin fee, see updated agreement for new increased additionalrates. Local Travelers will be considered at a $10 reduced rate. 50miles or less can be considered at $10 below bill rate. Call off

Toshiba 64 Slice and 16 slice CT scanners. -Unitrequires De-Escalation training through Welle, CPI or PMC S.

-Candidates that have worked as staff atthis facility in the past year will not be considered andcandidates that have worked full time as staff within AMC network(AMC, GFH, Saratoga and CMH) within the past six months will not beconsidered.
