Travel ARMStaffing is looking forAllied Professionals for new CT Technologist (CT Tech) Jobsthroughout Central PA! The CT Technologist / CT Tech is responsiblefor performing CT scans, operating equipment, patient care, andimage review.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT Scans:

Performs CTscans on various body parts, following established protocols, andpositioning patients for optimal imaging.

Equipment Operation:

Operates and maintains CT scanning equipment, including qualityassurance checks and troubleshooting.

Patient Care:

Patientcommunication, preparation, comfort, and safety during procedures.

Image Review and Quality:

Reviews image quality, identifiespotential issues, and collaborates with radiologists.

ContrastAdministration:

Administers contrast materials and monitors patientresponses.

Documentation:

Accurately documents procedures andmaintains patient records.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) in both Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).

Licensure/Certification:

Active (ARRT)(R)(CT).

Experience:

One yearof recent experience working as a CT Technologist / CT Tech.

Skills:

CT scanning proficiency, image processing, anatomy andphysiology knowledge.

Work Environment:

Fast-Paced and Medical:

Ability to handle a busy, often critical, medical environmentincluding adapting to changing priorities and performing proceduresin a timely manner.

Patient Care:

Explains procedures to patients,preparing them for scans, and providing comfort and support.

Teamwork:

Will work closely with physicians, nurses, and othermedical staff, requiring effective teamwork and communication.

Physical Demands:
