Preparing examinationrooms for patient examinations. Administering radiopharmaceuticalsto obtain clear, usable images. Positioning patients and equipment,explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients’ comfort.

Inserting commands and data into the computer to document andspecify the scan sequences, and monitoring the video display toadjust the density or contrast. Monitoring patients duringexaminations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures toprevent unnecessary exposure to radiation. Producing diagnosticimages, reporting important information to the Physician, andupdating patients’ records. Organizing the daily procedureschedules for emergencies and monitoring radiographic supplies.

Performing administrative tasks, such as answering technicalquestions, scheduling appointments, and offering pre-procedureadvice. Performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs onradiographic equipment. SambaTraveler Job
