I Am Texas Home Health? As an Executive Director (ED) you will: Organize and direct agency functions. Provide public relations with the community-at-large, as well asorganizations and individuals involved in the health field. Function as the Privacy Officer Designee (POD) and as a complianceliaison to support and provide leadership within the assigned areaof responsibility with accountability for implementing andmonitoring the Compliance Program and the relevant requirementsincluding the Code of Conduct, Documentation Compliance andHIPAA.
